This presentation is open to anyone that would like to understand more about what happens to stress that is unmanaged. This psychoeducational presentation will cover the meaning behind non-suicidal self-harm. The differences between self-harm and suicide. Improving our Lung Health
The class will provide information about air quality in the Inland Empire and how it impacts our health, especially children and people with an existing lung disease. The class will also cover current tobacco trends among youth, including flavored tobacco and electronic cigarettes, tobacco use, and secondhand smoke exposure in local communities. This is a great opportunity to learn about the resources that the American Lung Association offers and how you can get involved to improve air quality and address tobacco use in your community.
