CAP Classes

CAP provides life skill classes to the community through a variety of affiliated organizations within the Inland Empire. These classes range from personal enhancement, business and educational skills. 

The classes we offer are completely free of charge.  The majority of the classes are for 2 hours, unless advised otherwise.

If you are interested in any of these classes you may register by following the registration requirements according to the class instruction.

Teen Dating Violence
This workshop was designed to help parents and teens become aware of Teen Dating Violence. By attending this workshop Parents and teens will increase their knowledge regarding issues such as the Risk Factors, Warning Signs, and Prevention Strategies of Teen Dating Violence.

Bullying Prevention
This class will provide information on how to avoid being bullied. It will also provide information on how to recognize if your child is being bullied. Furthermore, it provides information on defense against being bullied.
