CAP Classes

CAP provides life skill classes to the community through a variety of affiliated organizations within the Inland Empire. These classes range from personal enhancement, business and educational skills. 

The classes we offer are completely free of charge.  The majority of the classes are for 2 hours, unless advised otherwise.

If you are interested in any of these classes you may register by following the registration requirements according to the class instruction.

Today it is very easy to let negativity hold us back; it can create stress, worry and fear in our lives. This workshop will help you identify the negativity in your life and provide you tools to focus on the positive. The goal of this workshop is to inspire you to develop an optimistic attitude and live a happier and more meaningful life.

Do you know the difference between a stock and a bond? Attend this workshop to get a foundational understanding of how investments work. This workshop will not cover where to buy investments, or how to buy investments, but rather what they are and how they are used so you will be prepared to speak with a financial advisor in the future.
