CAP Classes

CAP provides life skill classes to the community through a variety of affiliated organizations within the Inland Empire. These classes range from personal enhancement, business and educational skills. 

The classes we offer are completely free of charge.  The majority of the classes are for 2 hours, unless advised otherwise.

If you are interested in any of these classes you may register by following the registration requirements according to the class instruction.

Pairs Essentials tool box for enhanced communication, empathy, problem solving, and emotional connection delivered over three sections: the Heart of Intimacy, Constructive Conflict, and Emotional Literacy.
